Authorized Applications spawns "mini-AlekSIS"

Reason: oauth urls don't have the /django/ prefix, this conflicts with the iframe mechanism

added type::bug label

• api URLS (root of the url)
• login flow pages (server rendered (always have been always will be))
• management urls (need to use the spa (currently legacy pages))

TODO in this issue: rewrite the management views with vuetify
