Identicon is not shown even it should be

On a user without an avatar and a photo, the following happens:

added part::frontend type::bug labels

assigned to @yuha

created branch 784-identicon-is-not-shown-even-it-should-be to address this issue

FYI, this is not due to the person not having an avatar/a photo set, but to incorrect handling of the query getting the image.
