Show substitution comment on all plans independent of any extra conditions

I need a bot that triggers on part::frontend and checks if someone cared to upload some image file.

I definitely won't upload a screenshot for something that changed nothing in the way the frontend looks like.

Closing as the author stated that this frontend MR changes nothing.

Please don't misinterpret my statement. I said that nothing changed in the way the frontend looks like, what's correct, but I didn't say that nothing changed. The only difference is that the comment is shown more often, but in the same way as before. I don't exactly know what you expect a screenshot for such a change looks.

Well, I don;t know what the intention of this MR is. There is absolutely no information whatsoever, no description, no related issue — the only bit of information is that it is a frontend issue, so that is all I can work with.

So, please file an issue describing what the current behaviour is, how it should be, and/or why it should be changed, and link it in this MR (or at the very least describe that here). ("shown more often" also is no explanation I, let alone any external person, can draw any meaning out of)
