Add overview of exams

added type::feature workflow::discussing labels

Should this be in Chronos, or should an exam calendar be another app that does not necessarily require Chronos? If it is to be added to Chronos, can we make it not rquire full Chronos data?

In order to decide that, we should take into account whether there will be other calendared events like exams.
