Add link in Chronos views

Teachers should be able to select a lesson in Chronos and come to the Alsijil view.

@ZugBahnHof and I came to the conclusion that a link for every lesson is not practical at this moment and we should therefore link directly to the class register week view of the selected week (or the current if the regular plan is opened).
