Permission bugs with editable list on person statistics page

• can_edit has no permission in the schema set and therefore doesn't work in the frontend (check for ParticipationStatus and PersonalNote)
• Checkboxes don't appear on mobile devices
• Checkboxes also appear if person has no edit permission
