Turn member information into model extension

Make employee_number, member_since and member_until, as well as iban and bic (for now) extra fields on Person. Also, add the derived properties as extensions to Person.

Also, enforce the existence of a group called members if the TIC-Desk app is installed, and maintain it according to member dates on persons like is done in the clean() method now.
