Remove anonymizer for now

We decided to keep the infrastructure for anonymizers even though we do not yet fully suppot it. But that pulls in some useless dependencies (not yet in Debian), and django-bulk-update which is unmaintained and unnecessary since Django 2.2.

So we should drop it for now.
