Setting min/max values on date/time fields always sets min/max props on date/time picker

…even though there are scenarios in which it would be desirable to use the min/max values for rule-checking only (and thus not for limiting the values that can be selected in the picker itself) – e.g. cases where the max value of a start date field is determined by the value of an end date field whose value gets modified when the start date field receives a higher value
