Validity ranges are linked to terms only by Untis ID and not by school term

As Untis restarts the numbering of terms in every new school year, IDs can occur multiple times. If we don't filter validity ranges by school term in addition to the Untis ID, we risk overwriting data of previous school terms/validity ranges.
